“Why I love The KPM Group” I love KPM for many reasons. Included among these is the fact that I meet many interesting people form various backgrounds on the different assignments. There is a wide variety of perspectives and perceptions among my fellow temps and employees of the client. I have also learned, from the other people, different and better ways of accomplishing certain tasks I face in each work environment. In turn, there are occasions when I can share some of my knowledge with someone who may be struggling with an issue.
On my current assignment I am enjoying the high level of team work and espirt de corps that exists there. Everyone is always willing to lend a hand if someone needs help. Each day I also look forward to the sense of humor in our workplace. We have managed to strike a balance of doing a professional job while, at the same time having fun.
KPM has also allowed me to learn new valuable skills that I can apply at future assignments. I have been able to enhance both my “blue-collar” and “white-collar” skills. This helps immensely in strengthening my resume which in turn, enhances my employability. -Justin

"Why I love The KPM Group" Before I began working with The KPM Group I found myself in a frustrating and redundant employment cycle. I was bouncing from one unrewarding job to another, always feeling like something was missing. I had no idea what type of job was out there that would keep me motivated and determined and was growing bored of the same old jobs. I had very little if any passion about work and as a result my once terrific work ethic started to suffer significantly. That is when I interviewed with The KPM Group and they offered me a new and exciting opportunity. Now, over 2 years later I have not only found a job that keeps me enthralled in my day to day Responsibilities, but I have finally found a solid career path as well. I have been on two long term assignments that have been very rewarding, both in the skills that I have learned, but also for the wonderful people that I have met along the way. "Why I love The KPM Group" In April 2006 I called the KPM Group because I was looking for a job. Without fail, the KPM Group immediately started searching for a position for me. Within a day or so they had interviews lined up for me. The KPM Group was right on time; I love The KPM Group because they followed up with me constantly to give me updates on how the search was going for a position.
In a short period of time I was placed in a great position at a local company. Kelly Longo was on top of things from the initial interview to placing me in my current position. I really appreciate her professionalism and promptness.

"Why I love The KPM Group" Professionalism is a word that is bandied about a lot these days but there is one company that embodies its definition. By accepting responsibility when things don''t go as planned and by following through as promised, KPM has been a pleasure to work with.
I could site numerous times in which the good people at KPM have come through in the clutch but one instance demonstrates the good faith effort they abide by. Approximately a month ago by some fluke both KPM and LaSalle bank''s computers crashed putting the issuing of my weekly check in peril.
But my point person at KPM, Kelly Longo, stepped up and assured me I would have my paycheck even if they had to cut a manual check to do so. As it turned out this wasn''t necessary but it was comforting to know that the company stands behind their employees in times of need.
In other words, KPM practices the concept of professionalism, which by my way of thinking, is what makes them the most trusted employment agency in Metro Detroit. -George

On August 1, 2005, (the same morning a friend had told me about KPM) I walked into the Southfield Office. Having been out of the professional workforce for more than 20 years, I did not have that “you have got to hire me” resume and, stacking the odds against me even more, I was at the front desk without an appointment. The receptionist, politely explained what I should have done to register with KPM; yet, not only did she make a copy of my resume but on the spot got a representative, Nancy, to meet with me. After the initial “I don’t think you have what we are looking for, Nancy took the time to take another look and interviewed me. They took the time to care. Networking got me my first assignment. Nicole came through with my second assignment. Kelly, she placed me where I’m currently working and she keeps in touch. It will soon be one year with KPM. I knew if given a chance I could prove myself. I love the KPM Group for looking beyond documented skills, and giving me the chance I needed. -Blanch
"Why I love the KPM Group" In a day and age when everybody is struggling to find that elusive steady job, it’s nice to know that one of the wonderful ladies of the KPM Group is always on the hunt trying to find work for me. We all know that the state of Michigan is in a time of flux and stability in the work place is a very precious commodity. In an environment such as this, the piece of mind I get from having KPM in my corner is quite invaluable. I’ve been working with this outstanding organization on and off for six years now and every time I call in search of a summer job, I always end up with an excellent opportunity for making money and connections in the business world. I always find myself in exceptional working environments that are pleasant and lucrative. "Why I love The KPM Group" I was introduced to the KPM group in 1993. At that time, I was employed as a school secretary with the Detroit Public Schools and unemployed during the summer months. Prior to working at DPS, I worked at many law firms and thus had legal secretarial skills. I went to the KPM office on Evergreen Road in Southfield to complete an application and met Pari Constan-Neary. This one-time meeting developed into a lifetime relationship. Since that summer day in 1993 to this, Ms. Constan-Neary and the KPM Group have been such an inspiration. They have consistently encouraged and empowered me with my career and job choices. During the years, we have shared much, i.e. birth of babies, graduation of children, death of my mother, etc. Nonetheless, Pari and other KPM Group staff members have not only remained professional but also personal. It is good to know that an “agency” has that humanistic, warm and fuzzy touch. The staff of KPM has assisted with many employment skills, including resume writing and interviewing. They enthusiastically trained me how to highlight and exhibit my skills and strengths. I love the KMP Group because they share and care! -Deborah
"Why I love The KPM Group" To simply state it I love KPM because I feel that KPM loves me. The KPM group took a chance on me when no one else in the job market would. KPM placed me at an assignment where I had little to no experience and I have subsequently enriched my professional career as I never thought possible in a little over a year. I have gone from having customer service experience to now doing accounts payable and obtaining a stronger accounting background; that is all thanks to The KPM Group. There was a point where my assignment ended for about a week before I was called back, and KPM was awesome. They let me know that they were doing all that they could to get me back working and even offered me training to make me more marketable. When working with a temporary agency you want to know that the recruiters are there for you and doing everything possible to see that you get back into the workforce.
